Vegan Ranch Dressing

This easy vegan ranch dressing is a perfect dairy-free alternative for salads, dips and more.

Ingreadient

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Direction

    1. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. If desired, garnish with additional chives.
