This easy vegan ranch dressing is a perfect dairy-free alternative for salads, dips and more.
Ingreadient
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Direction
- In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. If desired, garnish with additional chives.
