Greek Turkey Burgers

These easy dinner staples with a Greek twist are perfect for a family weeknight meal. Oh, and they're under 400 calories each.

Ingreadient

Turkey Burgers
  • 1 lb. lean ground white-meat turkey
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small zucchini, grated
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/4 c. fresh mint, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
Serving
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 oz. feta cheese
  • lettuce
  • whole wheat buns

Direction

    1. Combine lean ground white-meat turkey, scallions, garlic, zucchini, egg white, mint, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Shape into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.
    2. Cook in a nonstick skillet in olive oil on medium until cooked through.
    3. While burgers cook, combine tomato, sweet onion, olive oil, and feta for tomato-feta relish.
    4. Serve on whole-wheat buns with lettuce and tomato-feta relish.
